A short log so far, because GuaBase is new. Every entry says when it was checked.
Official notices and offers as of October 22, 2026
GuaBase keeps an announcements page inside its account dashboard. When we opened it on October 21 and again on October 22, 2026, it read: No announcements yet. We found no promotions page, no coupon code on the home page and no referral programme anywhere in the site's text.
Two dated documents and one unexplained line are the closest things to news:
- The terms of service took effect on August 1, 2026, and the privacy policy on February 21, 2026.
- The single long guide, How to Buy from Taobao Internationally, was published on July 13, 2026 and marked last checked on August 3, 2026.
- Checkout text includes a GuaBase Service Fee Discount line for a first order. No public page gives the amount or the conditions, so treat it as a pleasant surprise if it appears, not as a reason to order.
What buyers say about GuaBase so far
Very little, and we would rather say so than pad this section. On October 22, 2026 we ran Reddit's own search for the word guabase. It returned one unrelated thread about music collectibles and no community bearing the name. A YouTube search the same day found no GuaBase channel; the handle @guabase did not exist, and what did come back was an unrelated showcase video and church videos from a town that shares the name. GuaBase's footer links to an X account, @soslowdown, which we could not read without signing in.
So there are, as far as we can find, no independent buyer reports yet. That is normal for a service a few months old, and it is one more reason to make a first order small. When real reports appear on Reddit, YouTube or elsewhere, this section will summarise what they say about each handoff, with links and dates.

Facts read from guabase.com the same day, including the 1 USD to 6.6776 CNY reference rate. All sixteen category links and every link to guabase.com tested and working.
We will add an entry whenever a fact on these pages changes: the service fee, a new shipping line, a firm answer on 1688, the first official announcement, or the first buyer reports worth summarising.

Each fact on this site comes from a GuaBase page and carries the date we read it. We re-read the six help guides, the long guide, the exchange-rate page and the estimator before changing anything, and we keep screenshots of what we read.
Where GuaBase's own pages disagree, we say so and tell you which one to trust. Two cases so far: whether 1688 is supported, and the city shown in a sample tracking panel, which differs from the real warehouse in Anji.
