GuaBase Spreadsheet, traced from first order to front door
Pick a product by category, carry its link into GuaBase, then follow that one order through six handoffs: payment, the Anji warehouse, the basic check, packing, SF freight and the knock at your door.
Eight product shelves to pick a first item from
Every card leads to a category of items other shoppers have found on Chinese marketplaces. Copy the listing link you like and take it to GuaBase; the note under each card says what to watch for once that kind of item reaches the warehouse.

GuaBase Spreadsheet in one paragraph
GuaBase Spreadsheet, as this site uses the term, is a product discovery listing: category pages of things people have already found on Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and similar shops, each showing a photo, a yuan price and a link. You browse it the way you would browse a shop window. GuaBase is the shopping agent that buys the item for you in China, receives it at its warehouse in Anji, Zhejiang, checks it, packs it and hands it to SF International. This site sits between the two. It points you at the categories, then explains what happens to your money and your parcel at each step after you press pay.
One practical detail first. GuaBase lists Taobao and Tmall as the platforms its search supports, and its search bar accepts a keyword, a photo or a pasted product link. A listing from another platform goes through the purchase request form instead, and the team decides after review whether they can buy it. The category page explains how to tell the two apart before you copy anything.

Six GuaBase order stages: who acts next and when you pay
Use the six stages to identify who needs to act next. Before purchase, confirm the option and first payment. At intake, distinguish a seller’s partial delivery from an item ready for review. During QC, answer any issue before consolidating. Once packing produces a freight quote, review the route and second payment. Each block opens the relevant status and action page.
GuaBase's own help pages describe five stages: find the item, purchase, warehouse, choose shipping, delivered. This site splits the warehouse stage in two, because arriving and being checked are different moments with different statuses. The first can sit at Partially Arrived for days while one seller is slow; the second can end in QC Failed, the one status where you have to answer before anything moves.

Seven moves, from sign-up to a parcel at the door
The guide is the short version of the whole relay, written as things you do rather than things that happen to you:
- Create the account with Google or an email address.
- Search, upload a photo or paste a Taobao or Tmall link.
- Pick the exact option, add a note, pay the first bill.
- Watch the order reach Stored at the Anji warehouse.
- Choose stored items and submit one parcel.
- Pay the freight quote once the parcel is weighed.
- Track it, confirm receipt, raise any problem early.
Each step links to the handoff page that explains it in full.

Two GuaBase charges, with the second arriving later
The first payment covers the item price, whatever the seller charges to post it to the warehouse, and GuaBase's purchasing fee: 5% of the item cost, never less than CNY 15 for the order. International freight is a separate bill that only exists after the warehouse has packed and weighed your parcel. Everything is priced in yuan, then converted to US dollars for Stripe Checkout at a rate GuaBase publishes with its source and update time. On October 22, 2026 that page read 1 USD to 6.6776 CNY.
The costs page has a calculator that does both halves: the service fee with its minimum, and the chargeable weight that decides the freight.

The warehouse check, and the limits GuaBase puts on it
When your item lands in Anji, staff count it, compare the option with what you ordered, look for visible damage and record the weight. Photos are added when they help document the result, so there is no fixed number to expect.
GuaBase is plain about the limit: the check is not authentication, not a laboratory test and not a promise about the inside of a product or how long it will last. Read the check page for how to review what you get and what to do before you create a parcel.
For example, if you selected the blue colourway but the arrival record shows black, check the option saved on the order first. If the order says blue, raise the mismatch with the order number and the relevant photo before packing. If the order itself says black, ask about the applicable change or return stage instead. The QC page explains that distinction.
Why choose GuaBase for a Taobao or Tmall purchase?
GuaBase's useful role is to connect a domestic listing to an overseas buyer: purchase the specified option, receive it in China, perform a basic check and prepare the international shipment. The distinction to consider is its published division of costs and responsibilities, which makes a small multi-item order easier to plan.
Know what you are paying for at each handoff
The official How It Works page, checked October 26, 2026, states a purchasing fee of 5% of item cost with a CNY 15 minimum, separate international shipping and an option to use your own forwarder after warehouse arrival. It describes keyword, image and Taobao/Tmall link search, with manual requests for other sourcing needs. Those are concrete reasons to consider it when you want help buying but want to compare freight separately.
For example, a CNY 100 goods order reaches the CNY 15 fee floor, while a CNY 400 goods order gives a CNY 20 fee under that published rule. These are illustrative subtotals, excluding seller delivery, payment charges and freight. A buyer combining planned purchases can use the cost calculator to see the effect before ordering, then review the measured parcel rather than guessing delivery from the goods total.
Choose another route when direct marketplace delivery already meets your needs, your products need a service or shipping line GuaBase cannot confirm, or you need a fixed detailed-photo package. The full agent profile separates documented benefits from current-account checks; no published workflow can guarantee a seller's quality.

Why this Spreadsheet is useful alongside GuaBase
The agent buys and ships; this Spreadsheet helps you choose and prepare. Its sixteen category shelves attach a practical note to the kind of item you are browsing, then connect that choice to the order guide, warehouse check and freight stage. You can see which decisions belong before purchase and which must wait for the packed parcel.
Turn a find into a usable order specification
A hoodie card prompts a flat chest measurement; a cap prompts a shape and protection question; electronics prompt plug, voltage and battery checks. For two similar hoodies, compare the selected size, fabric option, quantity and seller delivery before copying a link. Keep the seller's chart with the order note so the warehouse check has a clear reference rather than just a cover photo.
The Relay then follows the handoff. If only one seller's item arrives, use the intake explanation to understand why the whole order may not be ready. If a wrong color is recorded, answer that issue before consolidating. If the box is bulky, compare suitable packing and shipping options before the second payment. This order-based structure is the benefit beyond a bare list of links.
The category guide explains how to compare complete baskets, and the editorial page describes the site's independence. Dates show when we checked a source, not a promise that its prices, stock or policies cannot change.
