Handoff six: SF carries it, you sign, and after-sales starts
The parcel is out of the warehouse and out of most of GuaBase's hands. Here is what you can still track, pay, confirm and claim.
The delivery handoff at a glance
- Who holds the item
- SF International or your own forwarder, then your country's customs, then the delivering courier, then you.
- Your move
- Follow the tracking, keep money aside for possible duties, confirm receipt, and open the parcel against the warehouse record.
- Money at this point
- Anything customs charges at the door. On the refund side, international shipping is generally not refundable once the parcel is dispatched.
- Status on screen
- Shipped (Track via Carrier), then Delivered (Confirm Receipt).
- Where it snags
- Tracking that stays blank for a day or two, a customs hold, or an address change requested after dispatch.
Tracking a parcel out of Anji
The status turns to Shipped when the carrier picks the parcel up, and a tracking number appears under My Parcels. You can follow it in your GuaBase dashboard or on SF International's own site.
Do not panic at a blank first day. GuaBase says carrier scans can take 24 to 48 hours to appear online. After that, updates can still pause while a parcel waits for a flight or for customs.
If updates stop for longer, or an exception appears, contact support with the parcel number. That number, not the order number, is what they need at this stage.

Customs, the courier and the knock at the door
GuaBase's estimates stop at the border in one important way: they exclude customs. Duties, taxes and government fees are not part of the freight you paid, they are assessed by your country, and they may be collected from you when the parcel is handed over. GuaBase does not guarantee customs outcomes and says it will contact you if extra documents are needed for clearance.
Two habits help. Keep the order and parcel records handy, since customs may ask what is inside and what it cost. And make sure the phone number on the parcel works, since the delivering courier may need to reach you, above all when charges are due.

Delivered, and why Confirm Receipt deserves a minute
When the carrier records delivery, the parcel status becomes Delivered and the action reads Confirm Receipt. Before you click it, open the parcel and compare it with the warehouse record from handoff three: the same items, the same count, no new damage. If the outer box arrived crushed, photograph it before unpacking.
Anything that went wrong in transit belongs with the carrier's rules, and GuaBase support is the route to raise it, with photos and the parcel number. Anything that was already wrong in the warehouse photos should have been raised before the parcel was built; it is much harder to resolve now.

How a refund works once a parcel is gone
GuaBase ties refunds to the stage an order had reached, and by now you are at the last one. After dispatch, international shipping is generally not refundable, and because the purchasing work is complete, the service fee generally is not either. Whether anything comes back on the item depends on the seller's outcome. GuaBase's guide is blunt that returns become much more difficult after international shipment.
If you do file a request, the steps are short: find the item in My Orders, choose Request a refund where it is offered (or open a ticket with the order number), give the quantity and the reason, then follow it. Read the labels carefully. Approved means waiting for manual processing; Completed means the operator has recorded the refund as executed. When the money reaches you is up to your card issuer. And submitting a request does not by itself stop purchasing or shipping.

Late address changes and other after-sales requests
Changing the receiver's address after dispatch depends on the carrier's policy, and GuaBase warns that extra fees may apply. The cheap time to fix an address was back at consolidation. For anything else, GuaBase's advice is the same at every stage: contact support with the order or parcel number and the step you are stuck on. The routes are on-site tickets for anything that needs follow-up, WhatsApp, and [email protected], between 10:00 and 19:00 China time, with a stated target of a reply within one business day. Never share a password or a verification code, whatever the channel.

Questions people bring to the last handoff
Where do I find the tracking number?
In My Parcels, once the status reads Shipped.
Who pays import duty?
The recipient, if customs charges any. It is not part of GuaBase's freight.
Can I return something for a refund after it arrives?
Only within the seller's rules, and the item would have to travel back to China. GuaBase's refund rules make the warehouse stage the realistic point for returns.
