A reader-run guide, kept separate from GuaBase itself
GuaBase Spreadsheet Relay is written and kept up to date by a small independent editorial team that covers China shopping agents for English-speaking buyers. We are not GuaBase. We have no affiliation with GuaBase, LLC, the Delaware company that runs the service, or with Shanghai Kunqi Travel Consulting Co., Ltd., its China-side partner. The GuaBase name and the green melon mark appear here only to identify the service we describe; both belong to GuaBase.
The domain guabase.net carries the brand name with a different ending, so we say this at the top of every page as well: the official site is guabase.com. We cannot log in to your account, see your orders or speed anything up. Never send us a password, a verification code or card details.
Money, links and tags on these pages
GuaBase pays us nothing and we hold no referral code from it. Every Create-account link here points at guabase.com/register and adds three tracking tags so GuaBase can see where a visitor came from; they do not change your price or give anyone a commission. Links to GuaBase's help pages carry the same tags.
The category cards and the product search lead to an external product catalogue we work with. Those links carry tracking tags too and are marked as sponsored in the page code, which is the honest label for a commercial relationship. The site shows no adverts.
Reporting a mistake, and what we keep about you
If a fee, a status name or a timing here no longer matches guabase.com, tell us at [email protected] with the page and, if you can, a link to the GuaBase page that shows the change. Fixes go into the updates log with the date.
This is a static site. It has no accounts, no comment forms and no analytics scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. The calculator on the costs page runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. When you follow a link to guabase.com or to the product catalogue, their own privacy policies apply.
